Rings and the Respect of Allah’s Name

Is it permissible to wear a ring with the Name of Allah inscribed on it?

Yes, it is permissible.

The Prophet ﷺ himself wore a silver ring engraved with the words “Muḥammad Rasūl Allāh” (Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah).There is therefore a precedent in the Sunnah for wearing rings with inscriptions of the name Allah.

In our case, the inscription is “Lillah” (لله), which means “For Allah”. The intention behind this collection is to offer a spiritual reminder, not merely a fashion accessory.

As with any item that bears the Name of Allah, it should be treated with respect. For example, it is recommended to remove the ring in certain situations (such as when entering the restroom) to preserve its honor. Each person is free to decide how to wear their ring, but we always encourage doing so with intention and care.
